The term "肌極" is not seen in the website of KOSE Corporation. But in other cosmetic company's website, I found a term "極肌." It is written in romaji as "Kimehada."

HADAKIWAMI (肌極)

Explanation:
As Sasayama san explained, it is a compound word of 肌(hada=skin) and 極(kiwami=ultimate), but as for translation purpose, I suggest to do it as “HADAKIWAMI(肌極)” since this is a trademark.

It is the trademark of KOSE Corporation as you can see in this URL.
http://trademark.markify.com/trademark-owner/ctm/kosé corpor...

They also registered it as a trademark and a domain name.

The order of two words is somewhat peculiar. 極肌 or 極微肌 can be more understandable but both have already been taken by other companies.

Interestingly, KOSE registered only .com but not .co.jp. Probably this brand is for the overseas market only.

Another option could be “HADAKIWAMI (Ultimate Skin).”
