deploy

Explanation:
I think support is good, but if a little bit of 意訳 is okay, I think deploy would make the passage sound better, since that's what the rocket does.

As Shobhana pointed out, I wasn't really paying enough attention when I submitted an answer. As an alternative, though, I'd like to add "accommodate" would be a possibility.

Example sentence(s):
  • ...would only be able to deploy 10% of...

disagree  Shobhana Chandu: Sorry to disagree, but I think that they are talking of handling 10% of the market, not deploying rockets

agree  dchild: I totally agree with the disagreement (Chandu). The percentage of the market that they can handle is 10%. Note, the reason its only 10% may be because of the acceptable payload. But best to hedge your bets and use a softer translation like "handle."

Handle, launch

Explanation:
"Handle" should suffice here, although the meaning is that H2A rockets can launch 10% of the total satellites of the whole market.

agree  dchild: Yes, this works nice and does sound better than "handle." So I reverse my previous statement, though I still agree with Chandu's comment about the scope of modification.
