move to the so-called sextiary sector Explanation: I think as the phrase is quite Japanese it's going to sound unnatural (and will probably need an explanation) but I think "sextiary" is the lesser evil considering "primary, secondary and tertiary industry/sector" in the most natural sounding in English. |

sixth-order industrialisation, development of sixth-order industry Explanation: As David says, it is a Japanese concept, so anything is going to sound somewhat unnatural in English.
