Lessee and tenant Explanation: I think your understanding of the first two terms is correct: 民間借上社宅 must be housing that the company rents from a private landlord to house the employee, whereas 自社借上社宅 would be the company's own company housing. 入居者 would be the occupier (or tenant), i.e. the employee, whereas 借主 would be the lessee according to the lease. |
