Performed in certified facilities Explanation: The processing/handling of dangerous materials must take place in permitted or certified facilities. I think here 届け出 refers to the licence/certification received from safety authorities to handle dangerous goods. |

a facility regarding which a notice has been submitted Explanation: (Hazardous materials are) to be handled at a facility regarding which a permit has been given or a notice has been submitted (to the authority) to use it as a general hazardous material handling facility (no less than 100kg) or a small lot hazardous material (no less than 20kg but less than 100kg) handling facility. If it is to handle no less than 100kg of hazardous materials, a permit is required, but if the materials to handle are no less than 20kg but less than 100kg, only a notice is required. See 2. 1) and 2) http://www.tokyo-ct.ac.jp/dbps_data/_material_/localhost/fil... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 8 hrs (2014-12-10 04:57:53 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- The whole text is about compliance with 消防法, which requires a notice to be submitted to 消防署 to use a facility to handle hazardous materials of no less than 20kg but less than 100kg. 「許可」, which precedes「 届出」, corresponds to 危険物一般取扱所(100kg以上の場合). What's omitted in the text is "as the case may be". |
