Japanese term or phrase: 環保業 and 薬発
I'm looking for the official English names for the above terms. My research shows indicates that they are abbreviations of laws that were repealed and replaced over 20 years ago.

I'm considering
環保業 Environmental Protection Agency?
薬発 Pharmaceutical Development?

(I was able to locate 基局 in another KudoZ question.)

Any help within the next 48 hours would be much appreciated!

Yakuhatsu Notification No. / Pharmaceutical Affairs Bureau Notification No.

Explanation:
For your reference...

薬発 Refers to a notification issued by the 薬事局 (Pharmaceutical Affairs Bureau). E.g., On the PMDA website, it is translated as: "YAKUHATSU Notification No. X" but I have also seen it translated Pharmaceutical Affairs Bureau Notification No. X)

環保業 No reliable source...but it could be short form of 環境保全事業? Environmental Conservation in that case. Otherwise like "Yakuhatsu", others have used it as is, i.e. "Kanpogyo Notification No. X". Keeping the Japanese avoids issues locating/matching to the original document.
