Hi Robin, "liquidity" refers to 流動性 and doesn't include 補完.
Because your term has 流動性補完勘定 and 勘定 normally means "account" or "calculation", using "liquidity facility" (流動性補完措置) can imply that.
Alternatively, "liquidity coverage" or "liquidity enhancement" can be used for 流動性補完.

Asker: Thanks again Dunk, I was just wondering whether "facility" was really necessary. In all the mentions of 流動性補完措置 that I found translated that way, I was thinking that 措置 referred to "facility", and that 補完 might be included in "liquidity". Best regards, Robin
