信託契約の一部です。金融関係に疎いためよく分からないのですが、原稿のタイプミスではないかと思っている部分があります。
以下の文なのですが一番最初に出てくる「受託者」は「委託者」の誤りではないでしょうか?

原文抜粋:「受託者」は、新たに売掛債権を取得した場合には、当該信託契約の条項に基づいて、受託者に追加で信託し、受託者はこれを引き受けるものとする。

いかがでしょうか?私の勘違いか、それとも原稿の誤記?

金融関係で「受託者責任」という用語は相当の頻度で出てくるので、お間違いではないと思われます。基本的にfiduciary(受託者)は信託財産を有利に運用し収益を応分にあげる義務があります。日本でいう善管注意義務に近い概念です。

ウェブレファレンスでご紹介しているサイトで「受託者」と入力すると参考になる例文が多数出てくると思います。

ご心配されている点について補足します。おそらく契約書に記載されるため、くどいくらいに「受託者」と表記されているものと考えられます。原文抜粋に関して、どちらも「受託者」で意味は通じます。
