Large sum; large bill; high tax Explanation: Might mean something like this. I understand you understand it; it's just that, being unable to find an exact term, I thought that at least offering some sort of general but still understandable answer might help. In my opinion, it can mean that the item hold by the customs is of high value; or it can mean that the tax charged on that particular item is high. May be you can figure it out of other documents that you have - like the export permit that you've mentioned? |
