Japanese term or phrase: 逆かん合を考慮した逆かん合防止キー設定である。
Hello, I'm translating an FMEA but I'm trying to understand this sentence.

逆かん合を考慮した逆かん合防止キー設定である

First of all 逆かん合 means Inverted Fitting? Is that correct? I was searching on the internet and I founded as a reverse fitting.
However I find the word "Inverted" more suitable for this translation.
So my translation will be
Inverted fitting key is set up in consideration of Inverted fitting?

I would appreciate your help.

English translation:reverse mating/insertion
Explanation:
You are allowed to ask a term or a phrase, not a sentence. Your translation skipped "prevention". You google "reverse mating" or "reverse insertion" and you will find a lot of examples such as "prevention of reverse mating" or "prevention of reserve insertion".

Next time you can provide context in the explanation/context section. Context is certainly useful. :)
