Japanese term or phrase: コマ落とし
I'm trying to build a dictionary for an upcoming translation of a camcorder.

This term was initially defined by the other translators as "low speed" or "pull-down playback", but they sound unfamiliar. Another term that came up was コマ送り which was rendered "frame by frame". What could be the best translation of コマ落とし in relation to this?
