It is translated as "Ｇ45.1 頸動脈症候群(半球性)" in Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's Web site.

I also found that "高血圧性***" translated as "hypertensive ***" in the following reference.

Actually there were two mistakes in the original text, that's why this term cannot be found anywhere. It does not exist. The literal translation would be the proposed one, that's why the KudoZ points.
