I see this online as both 青黄銅 and 青・黄銅. I think it's not "not brass and not bronze" but "both brass and bronze". (Same as 土日曜日).

I think this is simply referring to both bronze and brass collectively. You might see a dot in between more often, but it means the same thing without it.
