Capital improvement costs Explanation: Based on the Japanese definition: -物の価値を増加するのに役立った費用。 -目的物の価値の増加のために支出された費用をいう。 And the translation of the English concept of capital improvement: -A capital improvement is the addition of a permanent structural change or the restoration of some aspect of a property that will either enhance the property's overall value, prolongs its useful life, or adapt it to new uses. -Capital Improvement Costs means costs incurred or to be incurred in connection with replacements and capital repairs made to the Mortgaged Property which would be capitalized in accordance with GAAP.
