This is from the specifications for a container terminal berth. Various capacities are specified, but I can't work out what this one is. Might it refer to the capacity of the dockside cranes??
The figure is given in トン/輪

私自身はフォーククリフト程度を運転した程度で、クレーンのような大型車両は運転したことはありませんが、一年間ほどクレーン操作マニュアルの英日翻訳の仕事を担当したことがあります。そのクレーン製造メーカーの場合、(ファイルは既に削除してありませんが)許容輪荷重は"allowable wheel load"と表現していた記憶があります。ただ、他社の場合は違う表現かもしれません。以上、お役に立てば幸いです。
