Just a suggestion. 付き合い残業をするのがsocial norm だからと考えると、これでも良いかなと思いました。職場の人間関係を維持するには付き合い残業が必要なわけですが、それは、そうすることがnorm だからですよね。人間関係を維持するのに別に残業が必要でなければ、しないでしょうから、究極的な残業理由はsocial norms のせいと言えます。
