Latin term or phrase: Afra Pob Afraid
This expression seems to be the family motto for the Vaughan family - we've found it on a family crest but can't figure out what the motto means. Any help much appreciated

This phrase is not in Latin. Indeed, the only word which might be construed as Latin is 'Afra', which would mean 'African (woman)'. 'Pob' means nothing in Latin, and 'Afraid' seems to be simply the English word 'afraid'.
