agree  Ona Stankevičiūtė: Terminas teisingas. Tik apibūdinimas ne visai. Juos įmanoma patikrinti, tačiau ne tada, kai baigtas visas statinys, o tada, kai baigiami būtent tie darbai. Vėliau juos uždengia kitos statomos konstrukcijos ir jie tampa nebepatikrinamais.
