Going door-to-door / door-to-door visits Explanation: Door-to-door visits - čia bendresnis pavadinimas. Jei reikia apibūdinti kalėdotojus, tai sakoma "going carolling". Šiaip tai nėra vieno išsireiškimo, kuris tiktų visais tokiais atvejais. Aš tai, pagal kontekstą, naudočiau going round the villages/houses, going door-to-door, visiting homes/villages ar pan. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 13 mins (2015-11-24 14:25:02 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Halloween'o proga tinka sakyti "going (round) trick-or-treating" |
