government sponsored colonisation Explanation: While internal colonisation is more common and something I have heard of, I agree that it is not necessarily government run. Ducal colonisation does not exist, but government colonisation does. When the results are filtered, most turn out to be irrelevant. 'Government sponsored colonisation' is something I have heard of. Other verbs were not as popular like encouraged and supported. And this will take care of the treasury aspect. |
