they came after me

Explanation:
įvairūs panašūs variantai), verčiamas kaip to come after somebody.
Jūsų sakinyje, būtų: They came after me, since I was not one of the office favourites. I'm not the only one they come after in a similar fashion.

Jei reikia stipresnio posakio, galima panaudoti destroyed su coming after, bet priklauso nuo to, kaip realiai toks susidorojimas vyksta/kas daroma.

disagree  Gintautas Kaminskas: "They came after me" is slang, something from a US gangster movie. To keep it professional, the word is altercation.

-> Susidorojimas is not a professional action, so there is no beautiful word to describe it. Also, please see entries in all of the leading EN dictionaries: to come after is certainly not slang.

I had an altercation with sbd. Antra, kivirčas/nemaloni situacija NĖRA susidorojimas. https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/altercation

I received unfair treatment

Explanation:
Verslo aplinkoj dažnai sakoma:
I received unfair treatment because of favouritism (nepotism).

Jūsų konkrečiu atveju galima būtų išsireikšti:

I received unfair treatment because of favouritism. I am not the only one who's been treated that way. (Arba I am not the only one receiving this kind of treatment).

neutral  Rita Vaicekonyte: Per daug civilizuotas pasakymas susidorojimui.
