pastoral care

Explanation:
I know in German, it is called "Seelsorge", and the translation I find for this is pastoral care. Literally, "care of the soul."

Could also perhaps refer to the priesthood itself.

pastoral ministry

Explanation:
C. M. Keating's "pastoral care" is excellent. This is just another option. "Pastoral practice" is also possible, of course, but it sound colder in English than "sielovada" in Lithuanian (my opinion).
