Science - Environment & Ecology / diesel oil emissions
Norwegian term or phrase: Lokalmiljøavdelingen
This is a memorandum from Lokalmiljøavdelingen to Miljøverndepartementet concerning diesel oil.
Does anyone know whether there is an official translation for this, or is it simply the local department of environment or something similar?
Advice appreciated.

local department of environment
Explanation:
This is how I would translate it. There is no official translation for this in Denmark, I don't know about Norway. I suppose it could also be 'department of local environment' ?!?
