  -> Thank you, Christine. The passports are not issued at these places. The definition of issuance would then have to defined to strictly "utlevering" since the approval and manufacturing processes take place other places.

  -> Thanks Suzanne. A passport office really does it all, except for the actual laser cutting, installing the chips with the biometrics etc. I feel the term passport application office also includes all satellite offices.
