Norwegian term or phrase: Beredskap / Beredskapsorganisasjon
Again, this comes from an article explaining an emergency response procedure.

So far I have translated "Beredskap" as "Emergency response", and "Beredskapsorganisasjon" as "Emergency response team", but I would also appreciate the views of my peers on this!

Thanks in advance!

Context:

"Beredskapen i selskapet er delt in i første-, andre-, og tredjelinje."

"Andrelinje er lokale beredskapsorganisasjoner med gitte roller."

"Tredjelinje er selskapets overordnede beredskapsorganisasjon, med representanter fra toppledelsen"

Good solution, thank you! This suggests that it can be both internal or external, which I what I needed.

Emergency service / Emergency services organization

Explanation:
Emergency services form the foundation of police, fire and medical responses, and can include faculty services.
E.g. Emergency Medical Services.

Alternative terms include Rescue Services, but this is more specific, for example the rescue squad for a fire department, e.g. CFD Rescue 1 (Chicago Fire Department).
