Norwegian term or phrase: oppløses
I'm using up my quota fast, I know, folks. Still on the music text. Right, if foholdninger = suspension, then what happens to suspensions when they "oppløses" or "forsones"?

"Forsone" is not a musical terminology, rather a picture of what these "oppløsningene" symbolizes, so this word you can translate freely.

Notes to answerer
Asker: How sure are you, Bjørnar? To me, "oppløse" would suggest that it was broken down into smaller parts - decomposed, for example. I'm desperately trying to verify this but no luck so far.

Asker: Sorry I even doubted you, Bjørnar... I now found a good source where resolution comes across nicely. Thanks again.
