Ok, here's the situation - two characters, A and B (both men) - A is high status, B is low status. A believes he is moral and righteous and that B has no morality. A pays B for sexual display and favours - B takes the money to keep his wife and child.

A: (indicating B's crotch) When I say 'he', it's him I have in mind, him, him.

(He puts on a woman's wig and first hums then sings the title words of "Kukurukuku Paloma"

How do I translate "Kukurukuku" - help!!!

Thank you advance!

disagree  Natalie: Teresko, sorry, ale: 1)cock-a-doodle-doo mowi kogut, a nie golabka; 2) "Cucurrucucu Paloma" to bardzo znana piosenka, i cucurrucucu w wersji angielskiej brzmi dokladnie tak samo ( http://www.nanamouskouri.de/cucurruc.htm ).Nalezy to pozostawic "as is"

  -> :-)) a to tutaj to jest gołąbka? :-))

agree  Gelar: Hello, I am from Mexico. About your ask on Kukurrukuku word, it is the sound that doves do in their nest, better something like curru-curru curru-curru. So, it haven't translation to any human language. Greetings.

  -> Thank you :) Now I am much wiser :) Have a nice Sunday.

disagree  Amaro Brown: Cucurrucucu is the sound a dove makes, it is not the same as cock-a doodle-doo which is the sound the rooster makes. Now, in the song cucurrucucu paloma, the singer is telling the dove to Sing and not cry. It is a very sad song and non sexual.
