wastes requiring manual handling/wastes not amenable to efficient mechanical segregation(processing) Explanation: The sense of the definitions below is that these wastes must be handled manually, so they stand in the way of mechanical segragation of wastes. ccccccc W kabinie wyposażonej w 6 zsypów następuje manualna segregacja następujących frakcji odpadów: odpadów tarasujących (odpady wielkogabarytowe, duże kartony, elementy z tworzyw sztucznych, itp.) http://www.lpgk.nazwa.pl/RIPOK dalsze wybranie odpadów tarasujących takich jak: duże kartony, folie, szkło oraz odpady ... możliwość dokładnego wybrania wszystkich odpadów tarasujących https://zzo.stargard.pl/images/dokumenty/decyzje/imb-pz/2016... wielkogabarytowe, tarasujące, stwarzające zagrożenie dla „płynnej” segregacji http://yadda.icm.edu.pl/yadda/element/bwmeta1.element.baztec... odpady podawane są selekcji wstępnej, usuwane są odpady tarasujące oraz niebezpieczne, a także wybierana jest stłuczka szklana oraz większe elementy z tektury i tworzyw, http://www.zefe.org/images/media/Studium-Wykonalnosci-Bydgos... reczne sortowanie wstępne w celu usunięcia materiałów tarasujących i https://sdr.gdos.gov.pl/Documents/GO/Ekspertyzy/Ekspertyza M... ccccccccc Bulky waste means large items of solid waste such as household appliances, furniture, large auto parts, trees, branches, stumps, and other oversize wastes whose large size precludes or complicates their handling by normal solid wastes collection, processing, or disposal methods. https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/40/243.101 |

obstructing waste / waste causing an obstruction Explanation: Propozycja The supplied waste can be stored in the reservoir for up to 3 days. Waste stored in the reservoir will be pre-sorted. Obstructing waste and bulk waste that can damage the waste treatment line or compromise the system’s effectiveness is removed from the general waste stream. Mixed waste stored in the reservoir is loaded by a wheeled loader into a waste bag opener and the waste treatment line, and it is transported to 4 stations in the pre-sorting chamber. Waste transported by a conveyor belt is sorted manually by removing the following types of waste from the stream: obstructing waste (not removed in the waste reservoir), large pieces of plastic film, cardboard and metal. https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2018/24... |

bulky materials Explanation: Preparation of Bulky Wastes for Conventional Disposal Methods Pretreatment of bulky wastes may be preliminary to further processing for the reduction, conversion, recycling, or elimination of these wastes, or a process to facilitate final disposal, as by sanitary landfill. Pretreatment is intended to segregate similar wastes through a sorting process, to reduce size, or to change the structure of one or more components - https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/pdf/10.1080/00022470.1972.10... - page 3 ----- (1) MATERIAL IN-FEED Trucks are weighed and directed to the tip floor. Material is unloaded, inspected and stored, until it's ready to be fed to a conveyor. (2) PRE-SORT STATIONS Sorters remove rejected items and film, which is vacuumed away. Bulky materials, inert materials and large pieces of plastic are also removed and in some cases sent for additional recycling - http://www.wm.com/thinkgreen/how-we-thinkgreen.jsp ------ As recyclable and trash materials begin their sorting process, they are first sorted at pre-sort stations by employees. These sorters remove non-recyclable items as well as bulky materials such as large pieces of plastic. - http://www.mesquite-news.com/where-does-your-trash-go/ ---- 1. Forklift transports the wastes to the loading platform and then the wastes are sent to the plate feeder which can send the wastes to the uniform materials spreader. The wastes will be put uniformly by the spreader and then sent to belt conveyor. 2. At the manual sorting platform, bulky materials will be sorted out. 3. And then in the magnetic separation machine, iron matters will be sorted out. The rest will be sent to a rotating screening machine to be sorted according to diameters. |
