Polish term or phrase: Maskownica
Tłumaczę materiały dla firmy-producenta listw przypodłogowych. W swojej ofercie mają również "opaski do okien i drzwi", które tłumaczę jako "window and door casings / trims".

Wyraz, który wprowadził mnie w zakłopotanie, to nazwa elementu, sprzedawanego wraz z opaską okienną czy drzwiową - "maskownica". Z tego co rozumiem, chodzi o cienką ramę / pasek nakładany na zewnątrz takiej opaski... Jedyny odpowiednik angielski, jaki udało mi się znaleźć, to "backband moulding".

Jakieś lepsze pomysły albo uściślenie? Z góry bardzo dziękuję!
