customers at risk Explanation: What is Your ‘Customer at Risk’ Ratio? June 27, 2012 By Richard Shapiro Every company has a “customer at risk” score or ratio. Your “at risk” score is the percentage of customers who only frequent your store, restaurant, hotel, etc., out of convenience, not because they are loyal. Having a large number of customers who are not loyal is risky business. http://www.richardrshapiro.com/2012/06/27/what-is-your-custo... Customer Loyality Index (CLI) and Customer at Risk Index (CRI) are defined as the % of customers giving the following responses: http://h71028.www7.hp.com/enterprise/downloads/TCE_Sharing_B... |

customer churn risk Explanation: O ile się orientuję (pracowałem swego czasu przy dużym projekcie CRM), poszukiwany termin jest właśnie taki. Jeżeli znany jest kontekst, często można nawet pominąć słowo 'customer'. Zachęcam też do sprawdzenia znaczenia 'churn rate'. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 godz. (2013-01-10 08:56:16 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Podane zdanie brzmiałoby np. percentage of customers at risk of churn rose/grew (to...), lub nieco mniej dosłownie, ale chyba zgrabniej będzie użyć wyrażenia "percentage churn risk". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 69 dni (2013-03-20 22:10:15 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- Cieszę się, że mogłem pomóc - dzięki. https://www.google.pl/search?q=customer+churn+definition&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:pl:official&client=firefox-a#hl=pl&safe=off& |
