Polish term or phrase: AS (abbreviation)
The patient has undergone aneurysm operation.

I am thinking of translating "RR" as "Respiratory rate" as this makes more sense than the usual translation "BP" = "Blood pressure" in the context below (but please tell me if you think I am wrong), but can't find to what parameter "AS" refers:

"Konsultacja neurochirurgiczna
Wynik konsultacji: Pacjentka w 1 dobie po operacji pękniętego tętniaka RMCA [right middle cerebral artery] z krwiakiem śródmózgowym (klipsowanie tętniaka drogą kraniektomii).
Stan ogólny pacjentki ciężki; zaintubowana; oddech - respirator. RR i *AS* w granicach normy. Aktualnie z uwagi na sedację farmakologiczną ocena stanu neurologicznego niemożliwa; źrenice równe, okrągłe, szpilkowate, areaktywne."

Thanks for any help - I hate abbreviations!
