Polish term or phrase: uprawniony do patentu
Pismo procesowe pełnomocnika pozwanego.

Powód: firma farmaceutyczna z państwa UE
Pozwany: firma farmaceutyczna z innego państwa UE

(...) Nie istnieje jakiekolwiek domniemanie, że uprawniony do patentu chciał osiągnąć możliwie najszerszy zakres ochrony.

A, i mamy jeszcze "patentee" (party that possesses or has been granted a patent).

Kontekst zawiera raczej przekaz, gdzie można przyjąć, że dotycz to "applicant-UK i EU/assignee-US, który i tak in spe zostanie "patentee" :)... if... :)
