The Amazon rainforest is one of the greatest beauties that nature has conferred on mankind.

Just another option. I quite like "bestowed on" (it is "on" not "to") as well. Although they are all a little anthropocentric in my view.

In some ways it would be nice to use "entrust with" because that suggests a sense of responsibility on the part of mankind, but in this sentence it would leave the "with" hanging inelegantly at the end.

However, many people still believe (erroneously) that it is incorrect to end a sentence with a preposition, so it would be better to avoid that.
