1. Faz-se o molde de cartao (molde circular com um orificio ao centro). Constroi-se a bola de lamego (com o apoio do molde> enrolando a linha de lamego a volta do molde e passando sempre pelo orifico central.

O fio de lamego é mais conhecido por fio norte. É muito utilizado nas embalagens, é vendido em rolos de cerca de 6 cm de diâmetro, o fio tem uma espessura de cerca de 1 mm e é de cor acinzentada. Pode ser comprado em qualquer casa de ferragens ou drogaria. Penso que é fio de cânhamo, as não estou certa, por isso a minha sugestão de hemp thread.

O fio de lamego é mais conhecido por fio norte. É muito utilizado nas embalagens, é vendido em rolos de cerca de 6 cm de diâmetro, o fio tem uma espessura de cerca de 1 mm e é de cor acinzentada.   -> Thanks, Nick. Widely known. It is also called fio do norte, fio vela or fio de sapateiro. The old shoemakers used it to manually sew the shoes. See the web site indicated above or search google with fio norte. You will get a lot of hits.
