Se voce quer saber a forma que aparece no seu programa de email (Outlook ou qualquer outro,, por exemplo), então trata-se de apenas ‘cc’ e a sugestão do António é a adequada.
Se você está perguntando no sentido de verbo/frase, então realmente a sugestão ‘cc to’ da Ilse é a que se encaixa.

Por exemplo, se você diz em português “Preciso enviar este email para Mariana com cópia para Pedro.”
Em inglês fica “ I need to send this email to Mariana, and cc it to Pedro”.

Ou se você diz “Este email precisa ser enviado para Mariana com cópia para Pedro.” Em inglês fica “This email needs to be sent to Mariana and Cced to Pedro.”
