-------------------------------------------------- Note added at 11 mins (2020-12-09 14:46:09 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Outra opção, menos desejável a meu ver, é “supersedes” ao invés de “revokes” ou “repeals”. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 19 mins (2020-12-09 14:54:50 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- A tradução correta depende do que vem depois dos dois pontos. |

1. Policy superseding ..... 2. Procedure overriding or overridden by: Explanation: As Ana V. writes in the discussion entries, we need more context and dates after the colon: to know whether the Procedimento is the subject or object of the 'revocation'. 'Company Policy Supersedes. In the event that the Company formally adopts a policy concerning the subject matter of this Agreement that is in conflict with one or more provisions of this Agreement, provided that such policy affords Employee with economic benefits no less beneficial to Employee than those contained herein, Employee agrees that such policy shall supersede this Agreement concerning such provisions and, upon the request of the Company, shall execute a new agreement that embodies such policy.'
