Earnings and Deductions Schedules in Personal / Individual Tax Return Explanation: Pelo que entendo, as declarações de rendimentos e deduções são conhecidas como "schedules", pelo menos em EN-US. "Schedule A is an income tax form that U.S. taxpayers use to report their itemized deductions, which can help reduce their federal tax liability." - https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/schedulea.asp "The Schedule K-1 is the form that reports the amounts that are passed through to each party that has an interest in the entity." - https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/small-business-taxes/wh... (UK: SA > Self-Assessment IT) Return of Income & Deductions (incl. Expenses, Reliefs & Allowances) Explanation: IT = personal income (and, where appropriate) corporation) tax. Self-assessment - now online with all the teething troubles and disappearing returns - had been introduced years ago by the UK Inland Revenue (HMRC > Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs) to shift the burden of work away from put-upon tax clerks (hard-drinking, I knew quite a few) and onto the taxpayer. Deductions could include a multitude of tax-reducting claims, including - but not confined to - business and home-carers'/ nursing expenses, tax reliefs and allowances. Possibly tax exemptions are not included in the picture as they are not strictly deductions. However, confusingly, an 'inheritance-tax nil-band' is not an exemption, but a multiplier by 0%! (the reason being that such multiplication triggers other kinds of 'concessions'). Example sentence(s):
