I do raise of (my) own motion Explanation: ... the preliminary point of nullity... I would have thought that the 'de oficio' is the sticking point, namely who is raising the preliminary issue 'ex officio' > of whose - his or her as the Tax Commissioner's (rapporteur's) or the tax tribunal's - own motion.
