Can anyone see anything wrong with that? Someone who has more experience with medical translation than me?

Here is an explanation, Richard. If you are sure the text refers to ampoules, you may use ampoules. Otherwise, I would use vial, since sometimes "frascos-ampolas", these small rubber-stoppered bottles, are called ampoules, but they are called vials in English. So, beware of this issue.

you can also say clear glass. Let's me put an explicative answer here. Than you just need to find the correct abbreviations, if you need to maintain the length of the text.

I'll look into this in more depth tomorrow. The expression that was tripping me up the most was "INC", so thanks for the tip on "Incolor"; that's exactly what I was looking for :)

I can see that ML = mililliters (shouldn't be capitalized), SOL = Solução (solution), INJ = injetável (injectable), CX = caixa (box), AMP = Ampola (vial), VD = vidro (glass), INC = Incolor (colorless). I can't figure out tne "IV". Any ideas, Rafael?

I believe inc. could mean colorless, a colorless glass ampoule. But I think you figured out the other abbreviations correctly. Maybe CX could have another meaning. I take look at this tomorrow and let you know if I fins anything.
