The term here does not refer to a place or a course. It is instead related to the practical work of nurses and doctors. The closest suggestion I have found here in Proz is "practice", but still find it a bit too general. You will find some sentences for context below:

"Pensar a clínica no campo da saúde e da enfermagem demanda uma reconstrução dos cenários e fluxos assistenciais, onde os fenômenos patológicos devem ser situados a segundo plano e o indivíduo designado como protagonista na produção do cuidado."

"Permite-se, assim, vislumbrar uma clínica produtora de desvios, ressignificadora das relações e estabelecida no processo de cuidar."



And here there is even some sort of definition, from the text I'm translating. I still can't find a satisfactory equivalent in English.

"Neste estudo, a clínica é entendida como um campo em que práticas e saberes biomédicos e não biomédicos interagem, de maneira a promover novas composições e novos modos de atuar em saúde."
