Just a little niggle about the use of 'aceitado' here...

As Bobinas e Chapas Laminadas a Frio são utilizadas em móveis metálicos, refrigeradores, tubos, partes externas de veículos e em diversas outras aplicações. Estes produtos proporcionam acabamento superficial semi-mate e aceitado.

"....These products afford a semi-matt and surface finish."

Ideas welcome :)

'Oiled' or 'Oily' implies that the surface is still wet, which wouldn't apply here. 'Glossy' is exactly what I was looking for.

oily

Explanation:
I think it's oily finish. Aceitado must be a typo (also because you'd say aceito there, which also doesn't make sense). The real word should be azeitado. I could be wrong, though.

oiled

Explanation:
oiled is commonly used to describe a certain finish of metals

--------------------------------------------------

When one purchases decorative metal objects from hardware stores with an oiled bronze finish, they are never greasy or tacky. In this instance oiled refers simply to their visual appearance and to the process by which they acquired said appearance. Similarly, brushed nickel does not have raised brushstrokes that can be felt, however they are visible to the naked eye.

Obviously I spend too much time looking at drawer pulls in the Pottery Barn catalog.

Example sentence(s):
  • The drawer pulls come with a delightful oiled bronze finish.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Sorry! I didn't think your answer was wrong, it just didn't coincide with the editor's opinions. Marlene's choice is what we had already chosen and I was simply looking for confirmation of this. Again, one more example of the flawed Kudoz system, in not being able to divide out points between multiple answerers. Best Regards.
