Se macerado se referir à ação de esmigalhar o comprimido para a ingestão, eu diria tablet crush.

Encontrei bastante ocorrências de "do not crush tablets", equivalente a "não macere os comprimidos", instrução que vemos em baste em português. E também há bastante ocorrências de "table crush".
