Portuguese term or phrase: definitavamente, chega

This appears in a very casual dialogue, so unfortunately there's very little context to work with. Two friends talking, the second speaker is getting very exasperated with the first. Speaker 1 says: "Não suporto homens que choram." And Speaker 2 says: "Definativamente, chega. Não dá pra falar sério contigo." I'm interested in how the word "chega" is being used here. Does it mean something along the lines of "That's it!"? Thanks!
