"Sócio Futebol" membership program Explanation: I wouldn't translate it since it's a proper name given by some soccer clubs in Brazil, but they have slight variations on how the ticket discounts work, whether it's valid for home or away matches and so forth. soccer-playing member Explanation: A playing member as opposed to a non-playing member. Some people join clubs for social reasons rather than to actually engage in a sport. Many clubs differentiate the categories of membership. This entry may be referring to a professional soccer club, but either way, there is obviously some differentiation between members who play soccer and members who don't. |
