Je pense à quelque chose comme "publié/établi confidentiellement/de façon confidentielle", mais je ne sais pas si ça sonne un peu portugais.

C'est pour un manuel qualité pour un fabricant de cartouches d'encre.

Je préfère "édité" à "publié" dans la mesure où justement c'est confidentiel.

Asker: Merci de votre suggestion, mais "emitido" en portugais donne aussi l'idée d'envoyé/remis: le manuel é fait et puis remis aux employés: même de façon confidentielle, il a été fait pour être vu (lu). Je ne sais pas si "édité" contient cette idée. De toute façon, votre suggestion est notée. Merci encore!

Asker: Pardon, au lieu d'écrire "est fait" j'ai écrit "é fait". Parfois, je fais un mélange de langues.
