Fala-se aqui em procurador (do inventor, do requerente, etc.). Ou seja, trata-se ao meu ver realmente de um BEVOLLMÄCHTIGTER. Como aqui não fica claro se é o requerente, do inventor, etc., não podemos refinar a tradução, correto? Bevollmächtigter deve ser suficiente.
