tiras (finas) de filete mignon / filete mignon en (tiras) finas Explanation: ¡Hola! "Filet mignon" en castellano es "filete mignon". En cuanto a las "iscas", te dejo dos opciones. Puedes encontrar muchos ejemplos de "tiras de filete" y "filete en tiras" en Internet, sobre todo, con otros tipos de filete. He añadido el adjetivo para que sea más descriptivo, pero si es para que aparezca en el menú, prescindiría de él, por eso lo he puesto entre paréntesis. ¡Suerte!
