De cele mai multe ori la restaurant cand am comandat cartofi taranesti au fost facut la cuptor si asa se zice roast in engleza. Mai exista 'boiled potatoes' cand sunt fiert si 'sauteed potatoes' cand sunt prajit in bucati mai mare.
