Hello,

Could somebody please tell me what the first letter is in this Romanian handwritten number plate? You will find an image of the text, which I have pasted, in this Google link: https://plus.google.com/103242809956820362860/posts

I can see that the remaining letters are (*)09ALH, but cannot figure out whether the first one is M or H.

That document should also contain the serial number of the driving licence, and that number should start with the letter I and ending in the letter S.
