lesions in two coronary arteries Explanation: Each coronary lesion with a Diameter Stenosis ≥50% in vessels ≥1.5 mm must be scored. Each lesion can involve ≥1 diseased segments. If serial stenoses are less than 3 vessel reference diameters apart, they should be scored as one lesion. However, stenoses at a greater distance from each other (more than 3 vessel reference diameters), are considered as separate lesions. This case should be described as two lesions: - one lesion involving segments 5, 6, and 11 and - one lesion involving segment 6. http://www.syntaxscore.com/index.php?Itemid=32& Simultaneous thrombotic culprit lesions in two separate coronary arteries in a patient with ST-elevation myocardial infarction http://eurheartj.oxfordjournals.org/content/ehj/33/20/2622.f... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 57 min (2015-02-28 10:44:32 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Stenoza (obstructia, obstacolul) se poate forma pe o singura artera principala (stenoza unicoronariana), pe doua sau trei artere (stenoza bicoronariana sau tricoronariana). http://m.jurnalul.ro/viata-sanatoasa/medicul-de-familie/card... |
